China's Slowest Annual Economic Growth in 25 Years-Molly Mitchell 5th

Analysis:

For a country with the worlds second-largest economy, a fall could mean disaster for not only themselves, but the whole world. China has reported the slowest annual economic growth in 25 years, and many agree that it could go lower. There is an uncertain outlook over the nation now, and to top it all off the currency of China, the yuan, has fallen to the American dollar.

Summary:

China's impact on our nations economy is monumental, and losing that would most likely plunge us into yet another economic crisis(see the disaster of 2009, the "dark times"). Though not from the viewpoint of just an American its also obviously terrible for China, the low paying labor jobs big American companies bestow upon Chinese workers could go up in flames, and leave thousands, maybe even millions out of a job. But of course this is just worst case scenario.

  1. Wow this is scary. That would be so terrible, so let's hope things don't get that bad anytime soon! It's crazy to think how interdependent the world economies are though.
