The link above describes the U.S.'s attempt to scare off future bomb threats from North Korea. North Korea recently tested their hydrogen bombs and are now trying to test the results. The United States flew a B-52 over the Korean border. It was flanked by South Korean F-15 fighter jets and U.S. F-16 fighter jets. This was to prove that the United States would stand by their allies if North Korea would decide to launch one of these bombs. It definitely made the North Koreans notice.
I think it is pretty awesome that The United States did this. It shows the unity amongst the allies and it also shows their strength. I think that they got their message across to North Korea, for sure. I don't think that North Korea will be planning an attack anytime soon.
