Summary: Early Sunday afternoon, on November 8, a man was found fatally stabbed at the Arlington Shopping Center parking lot. Dustin Mcgee, a 25-year-old man, was stabbed once in the chest and then taken to John Peter Smith Hospital. He was pronounced dead shortly after. The suspect is described as a tall black man who was wearing glasses and driving an SUV.
Analysis: Obviously this is an awful thing to have happen. Especially since it is so close to our school and where I live, it is something that feels personal and closer to our home. I have done a lot of my posts about murderers, but I have a really good reason. If I am able to have so many posts about it, I feel like that is a problem. I know it's hard to figure out a way to prevent this, but I feel like people just don't understand the consequences when they are doing something. This relates back to the taxes Britain put on America. They weren't thinking about what they were going to feel afterwards or if the Americans were going to rebel, but they were just thinking in the moment for the best way to get out of a rough situation. I think we need to start a campaign about thinking before doing.

There have been so many shootings lately and the police haven't figured out what the causes to them were.
ReplyDeleteI agree it makes it alot scarier and much more of a threat knowing that this happened near home.
ReplyDeleteShootings happen all the time. It's hard to figure out what caused them to do that because it's different every time.
