Margaret King 1st- Car Hits Trick-or-Treaters

In the Bronx, New York a man had a seizure while driving and hit a group of trick-or-treaters. Witness' say that they heard the crash and looked to see the car drive over another parked car and hit some people, including children. Nyanna Aquil (age 10), Kristian Leka (age 24), and Louis Perez (Age 65) have sadly passed away while a three year old, nine year old, and a twenty one year old were injured. The driver in question claims to have had a seizure and says he has had many seizures previously.

I personally have a friend who used to have seizures and she had to go through many tests and medications before she was approved to drive. I don't see how this man, who apparently has active seizures, was allowed to drive in the first place. They should have a better way to test and make sure that people with medical conditions are okay to drive to ensure that pedestrians are safe.
