Summary: Lots of statistics are showing that Bernie Sanders could possibly beat out Hillary Clinton in the primary stage of the race. Lots of Sanders's voters (polls show) that they are voting for him because they support his ideas, however some are just to stop Hillary. Also, Biden is hesitant whether or not to join the race, but his supporters are being very vocal that they would help him make a great campaigne.
Analysis: Since Hillary is rapidly losing followers (She lost 1/3 since May) and Bernie is continuously growing, it is clear that people genuinely support him and his ideas. Most people did not even know who he was in the begining of the race! Most people, when it comes to politics, don't normally budge, which is why it is hard for lesser known canidates to make a devout. As Bernie is traveling to make his campaigne, more and more people are deciding that they believe in what he has to offer. He is either a great man, or a great politician.

At first I was surprised Bernie Sanders has made it so far and is quickly moving up in the polls despite being so far left wing, however with Donald Trump running, a more conservative candidate, who doesn't completely fit the descriptor for 'far right wing', it explains why Bernie's polar opposite views and statements are rising in popularity. The 2016 presidential election has pushed voters and candidates to examine their views and choose a much stronger political opinion that they may normally choose, for instance it's encouraged to avoid staying in the middle and choose an extreme viewpoint, conservative or liberal.

Because Trump is so far right-wing that draws out the people that disagree with his views, like Zoe said. I hope Bernie makes it past the Preliminaries.
