A horrid scene to see on Friday evening outside of a Florida home. A mother of 3 children stands outside of her home, speechless and bearing a knife. When police managed to arrive and enter the house, they found the mothers three children strung about the floor, two of them completely unresponsive and the other in critical condition. The ages of the children were 7 years, 6 years , and 5 months old. The mother refused polices orders to drop the knife and was fired warning shots until police had her under control. The children were rushed to the hospital where the two who were unresponsive died and the youngest remain with serious injury. The mother has been put into jail with no bond set and is convicted of murder and attempted murder.
I was disgusted even reading this article. I have no idea what could have possessed this woman to kill her own children. Because there was no other person in the house, i do not see how this could have been avoided by the children against a fully grown woman. What is puzzling as well is the question of where was the father and what sort of physiological signs had been shown before the horrible event. I pray that the youngest boy get through a full recovery and be taken from the custody of his mother.
