NRA Board Member Verbally Attacks Parkland Survivors- Victoria Gonzalez

The NRA and the survivors of the Parkland Florida school shooting have been seen going head to head in downhill meetings, Congress legislations and the media. The ultimate goal is to keep gun control out of the hands of public (according to the NRA) while the survivors and majority of the Democratic party is focusing on keeping guns out of the hands of the public. The survivors have made efforts by talking to Congressman and state legislators, starting rallies, organizing marches, and publicly campaigning against gun violence. The NRA has concluded to advertisements, smear campaigns, and bullying these brave young men and women by having one of their board members saying , "All you have to do now is not only feel sorry for the liars, but you have to go against them and pray to God that the lies can be crushed and the liars can be silenced so that real measures can be put into place to actually save children's lives. These poor children, I'm afraid to say this and it hurts me to say this, but the evidence is irrefutable, they have no soul," I understand people saying there's a need for 2nd amendment rights, I agree, however, gun control does not mean taking away everyone's guns. It means getting rid of the ones we use in a time of war-ones we don't need for gun ranges or even hunting. Also, statements like this only prove that the NRA is so desperate to keep their image and maintain their guns that they've resulted into verbally abusing these survivors-t's disgraceful and disgusting considering they have seen their friends massacred first hand.

  1. I can't believe the NRA is willing to bully school shooting survivors in order to have an excuse to keep guns. None of these kids are actors, please come up with a better excuse

  2. What I find the most aggravating about this is the fact that the NRA can't even come up with better arguments than teenagers can.
