Train Derailment in India Kills seven people

In India seven passengers were reported to be killed and others are injured at Delhi-bound train derailed in India's eastern state of Bihar, railways officials have said. Also something that happened last year as well is that 60 people were killed when a commuter train traveling at high speed ran through a crowd of people on tracks in northern India. India has poor safety record in railroads for decades.
I think that India has a very bad railroad system, and they were built under control the British colonial rule.
