New information regarding the massacre at the San Antonio church reveal that the shooter shouldn't have been able to purchase firearms. He was dishonorably discharged from the Air force after assualting his wife, cracking his step son's scull and spent a year in military prison for this. Despite this information, he was able to buy four guns between 2014 and 2017. This was because the United Stated Air Force neglected to inform the FBI of his 2012 domestic violence case. He had also showed signs of extreme mental illness before being dismissed for "bad conduct". The initial theory for the shooting was a domestic between him and his mother and law. However, the amount of preparation made the investigators question this theory.
This article was written to inform the public about what caused the recent shooting in San Antonio. If people are informed about the serious mistakes made in the FBI, and scrutinize them for it, less mistakes will happen. Personally, I find this new information about the shooting enraging. I just don't understand how someone with such a alarming background was able to buy FOUR guns.
