Summary: According to an investigation, Devin Kelly, the man who opened fire on the church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, had a past of abuse and domestic violence.

Devin served in the Air Force from 2010 until 2014, and was discharged due to poor conduct. In 2012, he was court martialed for domestic assault against a child and his spouse, which cause mental stress for the 26 year old. Due to his past of trouble and domestic violence, he had a lot of built up stress and anxiety, which clearly cause him to snap in a very unhealthy way.

Synthesis: This relates to the outbreak of the revolutionary war by America. America tried to peacefully break ties with Britain, but eventually snapped due to rejection of a peaceful breakup, and several rebellions (Shay's, etc.).

  1. There have been way too many mass shootings recently. I don't know what needs to happen to reduce the number of them, but something needs to be done.
