Will Trump allow release of final JFK assassination documents?// Thursdae Sierock

Over 50 years ago, John Fitzgerald Kennedy was slain in Dallas, Texas, and now the government is set to release never before seen documents on his death. Several conspiracies surround this assassination with many pointed towards the government's involvement and now, Donald Trump is trying to stop the release of the documents. A law named the JFK Records Act was placed in 1992 which gave the government 25 years to release the information on the death of our famous president. October 26th will mark  25 years. So what is the main reason for the Trump administration not to release these files? The sensitivity of subject matter. Many government officials are pushing for the release of these files because "for God's sake, its time to let the people know the truth".

The Warren Commission reported in 1963 that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in the killing of Kennedy yet was never given a trial because he was killed by Jack Ruby, a member of the Dallas mob. With this happening, the world has been left to speculate on what actually occurred on Novermber 22, 1963. The Warren Commission reported 3 shots being fired at Kennedy. The first missed, and the third was the fatal head shot. The second shot is know as the Magic Bullet Theory. It went through Kennedy's neck, out the front, through Governor Connolly's right back, exited his left nipple, and through his right wrist; the bullet stayed completely intact while going through this much substance. So is the government hiding information on the assassination of John F. Kennedy? The public will soon find out when the documents are released. That is, if the Trump Administration allows it.

  1. The people of the United States deserve to hear the truth, it's about time. I think the general information on events like these should be released soon after to avoid rumors. Sadly, I don't see this October as a good time to release such information. It will stir up the public, and with Trump in office, that seems like something we need to avoid until a further time.
