Wildfires have begun to emerge across California. They have destroyed countless homes and businesses, forcing evacuation. Ten people are deceased and more are expected to die. More than 100 people have been injured.
I think this further emphasises the need for better natural disaster/ man-made disaster preparation and disaster training for citizens.
