Summary of Article:
AirAsia's flight from Perth to Bali caused a panic for the people aboard when the plane plummeted 20,000 feet. According to passenger Clare Askew, "The panic escalated because of the behavior of the staff, who were screaming and looking tearful and shocked." During the time the turbulence was occurring, the flight crew acted inappropriately which caused more alarm to the passengers. After the plane had safely landed, people were shocked at the way the crew had acted. "We look to them for reassurance and didn't get any. We were more worried because of how panicked they were'', Askew also stated. Luckily the plane's malfunction didn't cause any deaths or injuries.
Analysis of Article:
The way the crew acted was very unprofessional because they're trained to deal with situations like these and should know how to handle it well. Screaming, crying, and panicking isn't something they should be doing; instead, they should be making sure that everyone on the flight is safe. Acting in this manner indicates to the passengers that they could possibly die. Although this was very frightening experience for everyone, the crew should have known better than to cause more panic in the plane.

Olivia Wall- I think that it was very sad that the people felt more scared than necessary because of how the crew acted. I am glad the people landed safe though.
