On Sunday, an AirAsia flight from Perth to Bali rapidly fell 20,000 feet which caused a pressurization issue in the cabin. To make matters worse, the staff acted very unprofessional and caused a mass panic because when the plane descended, the crew began to scream and they got teary eyed. After dropping 20,000 feet, the plane turned around and landed safely back in Perth. Passengers on the plane said that they became more worried when the say the crew's faces, apparently the crew went hysterical. The aircraft was being examined on Sunday to find the cause of the problem.
This is very scary. I feel that if the crew would have acted in a more calm manner, then the passengers would not have panicked like they did. I think the crew acted very unprofessional, and they should have a meeting to address their actions. I hope they are able to see what caused the plane to fall so that a situation like this one does not repeat itself.

This is so scary... I agree that the crew should have acted more clam, so the passengers wouldn't have panicked. I wonder why this plane fell like it did.
