Summery: After being the U.K Independence Party Learder for roughly 18 days, Diane James is resigning her position due to lack of motivation for future purposes.
Analysis: Diane James is now giving up her position of the U.K Independence Party Leader, because she's having second thoughts on changes she seeks to make. James was captured saying that what she put in her campaign, to win the election, may not be put into action. James was elected on September 16, in place of Nigel Parage; he recently departed due to the seperation of Great Britain from the European Union. James also didn't understand what the big fuu was about, when her placement wasn't really official: she never finalized it. No one really knows whom will be suceeding her duties, but Farage's former cheif of staff has said that he may return to the organization in a new position of authority. James was just basically letting people know that she has changed her mind about being head. She also gave a reason that she doesn'tthink that she has enough support on her team from people like her colleagues and other officers.
Synthesis: With this information, I would say that James might have had big things planned for the U.k's Leadership party. She may have expressed theses ideas with someone, and they gave her unexpected feedback. to me, it is good that she hgad surrendered her authority early on, so that there were;t any big suprises for the people.

i Agree with you Jada, James does has left what looks as a great legacy for the UKs Leadership Party and that it was probably a good idea for her to step down when she did.
