Georgia prison supervisor alleged of rapes- Bethany Wolfe 3rd

Casey Mincey recently came forward to help in the arrest of Capt. Edgar Daniel Johnson, convicted of 11 counts of sexual assault. analysis:
Women should never suffer mistreatment and assault no matter their status or state. This reminds me of the prison reforms in the 1820's in which reformers called for better conditions for the mentally ill, less punishment for crimes and created better institutions. Prisons today should resolve to improve screenings and background checks for officers.
