Two tenth grade students were found dead on the campus of Independence High school in Glendale Arizona. It was time for the first period to start when the bodies were found after a a shooting had been reported earlier that morning. The girls were seen to be friends and were found with the weapon next to their bodies which had single gun shot wounds, as well as the suicide notes located. After further investigation it was later suspected that one girl had murdered the other before killing herself.
There wasn't really any other information about this case other than besides what's seen above. So it's almost impossible to determine how the young girl could have gotten her weapon. It's also hard to look at other factors too, like the relationship between the two, and and mental health issues that were shown. Whether it was a suicide or a murder or both, it is very tragic that this happened.

ReplyDeleteHorrible to hear about. It's crazy to think about anybody, especially high schoolers like ourselves, could be involved in things like these. I hope the families are doing okay.
