Attack on Azaz; Lauren Bush; 9th

On Monday morning, two hospitals and a school building in northern Syria were struck. This event took place in Azaz, in the Aleppo province. This resulted in at least twenty-two deaths and eight others missing.
The U.S. blames the Syrian regime led by President Bashar al-Assad for this attack. John Kirby, a State Department spokesman, explains their viewpoint; "That the Assad regime and its supporters would continue these attacks, without cause and without sufficient regard for international obligations to safeguard innocent lives, flies in the face of the unanimous calls by the (International Syria Support Group) ... to avoid attacks on civilians and casts doubt on Russia's willingness and/or ability to help bring to a stop the continued brutality of the Assad regime against its own people.”

I am curious to see how other world powers will react to this event. It is important to acknowledge that one’s political and moral views will effect how they interpret the attack on Azaz. Similarly to how the U.S faces conflicts between political parties  on any given subject.
