Facebook= Jail time _Bernadette negrete

Summary: so this lady having reticently been divorced tagged her ex-husbands sister in a facebook post.She then posted derogatory comments about her and her family. All the while  her ex-husbands family had a retraining order on her. she was then charged with second-degree criminal contempt and has to serve a year in jail.

Analysis: i don't now i feel about this. Justice is served but shes just taking a room in jail.We need to put actual criminals in jail and not people who tag inappropriately. There are horrible people on the streets and they are just running about while people who tag inappropriately are in jail. sh e just could have gotten community service instead of Jail.
this makes me angry

  1. I agree with you. I mean probation would sound better than actually putting her in jail when people who murder others are loose.

  2. I feel like unless she was threatened that was unnecessary and if you don't like someone on social media then you need to just block them.
