Recently a child, who was reported missing thirteen years ago, was found. Julian Hernandez was found on unusual circumstances, unharmed and healthy. He was first stolen whilst in the custody of his mother in 2002, when he was only five. Julian was applying for college when he ran into some trouble, he couldn't be found. With the help of his counselor, he found out that he was on the missing persons list. Julian's father, Bobby Hernandez is said to be receiving multiple charges.
To me personally I think that it was lucky for them to have found the boy unharmed because there are many cases where kids are found dead. This however also reminds me of another story that is quite similar. In 2013 there was a story released about a five year old boy who was also from Alabama was kidnapped and rescued. The only difference between the two is that the crime was not committed by a relative, otherwise the similarities are striking.
