Analysis- I don't know why i think it but i feel that Hawaii is the state that no homeless people live due to its richness and this is not true. per 100,000 people in Hawaii there is 487 homelessness considering how small these islands are. Homelessness has been a growing problem throughout history but now it has been rising exponentially. These rich areas in Hawaii are not just people with money there are plenty of homeless, and that goes for all of the states in the United States.

Wow this is really surprising. For some reason I've never thought about Hawaii having homelessness before. I guess it's probably because I've always pictured it as like a resort vacation getaway.

ReplyDeleteIt's interesting to think about how poverty doesn't discriminate on location. There is always a homeless population wherever you travel and it's weird to think about it because I believe we try to act like it doesn't happen.
