Man gets busted with drugs by dog By: Zaria Chambers

In Alabama Edward Henderson was busted  by police with being in possession of drugs with the help of his dog. The dog named Bo was caught up in an incident when police were trying to perform a drug search of Mr. Henderson. When Henderson saw that the police were after him he began to take off into the near fields. Police tried to chase them but Henderson was too fast. Once they saw the dog they said "go get him" and Bo took off in search of his owner and found him. Police arrested Henderson and was charged with failure to obey police and two counts of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

I'm glad that the dog was able to help find the suspect. Talk about a man's best friend maybe for the police but definitely not for Henderson. The police officers had the right to search this man's house because a warrant was issued making this okay which kind of refers to the fourth amendment.

  1. Great! How does it "kind of" refer to the fourth amendment? You are on the right track, just expand your thoughts a little more. :)
