I TAKE BACK MY LAST CURRENT EVENT! - Rachel Webb 3rd
Okay so last week I wrote about how I didn't think Hillary Clinton should run for president. I have been thinking about what I said since then and I change my mind. I think her ambition to become a big influence in women's rights is inspiring. Not to me particularly, but to other women. After researching her more, I have realized that Hillary Clinton is very wise and knows how to talk to an audience.
In this article Clinton shows her disapproval of Kentucky's new ruling that women don't deserve equal pay for equal work. This, she says, should be the one reason that motivates people to vote in 20 days for women's rights. I agree all the way with her (don't mind my last current event... lol). If I were working in Kentucky and getting paid less than a man for the same job I would be fed up too. Many women just accept the less-than status but there are those few that go the extra mile to change it. Anne Hutchinson was exiled then murdered for standing up to the men of the town. Hillary has yet to be touched for speaking on behalf of all women. I now believe she is capable of changing the world for the better. Whether she runs for president or not, she is a powerful leader.

If she does win this will be a huge step for women and ambition of creating equal rights.
