High School school student's plan of school massacre was foiled in Baltimore: Reign Washington

A high school student had firearms and explosives with intent to cary out a school massacre, killing a large amount of minors at once. Police officers foiled his attempted after being arrested for grand theft auto and car burgurlary of at least four cars. The suspect told his plans of chaos to the police during interigation.

The boy is also 16 years old so he was only charged with Juevenille. This causes controversy with in our justice system because the boy could have carried out his sinister plans with a right to have the guns.

I beleive that it is important to realize that we have the right to bear arms but we often forget about the responisiblites that come with our rights. I think that there should be laws on guns that can restrict guns from being loose on the streets, unauthorized dealers, and fewer deaths and accidents relating to guns.

  1. I also did this topic and completely agree with the dispute on the right to bear arms, although of course this student wasn't of age and most likely took the gun from a licensed person.

  2. We as citizens have the right to bare arms but not when we are planning a school massacre. I feel like that's the total opposite idea and reasoning behind it.

  3. The right to bear arms is a very controversial topic because people interpret it differently. Criminals will use the 2nd Amendment as a justification of innocence, until the judge finds out the weapon was stolen. Then they wont even have the right to talk in the room because they would have lied to the judge. I think the best thing to do is put him in juvy and call it a night.
