The day had come and past. The day people would camp outside every Walmart store from sea to shining sea. The day people would wake before the crack of dawn and wait outside of sliding glass doors. The day that comes after Thanksgiving, where once grateful people would kill to get what they needed on their shopping list for 50%. This past Friday was non other than Black Friday.
And this news article was an ad for the great items everyone should die for. Literally. In all honesty, most of the things aren't that great. Who needs an Xbox that nobody wants, seriously. How this holiday came to be so glorified in America I'll never know. But so far I have lived by avoiding it. Cheers.

I heard on the radio that Walmarts across the country had a total of 11 fights. However, when Walmart was asked about the fights, they downplayed them and said that they had had one of the safest Black Friday in years. Sort of true compared to the tragic story of the woman being trampled to death last year. Some people are just too materialistic.
