Germany accepts third gender!?!?! By Madi Frampton

It all started with a "intersex" person Claudia. Claims he/she has both male and female gender roles that has now brought Germany to accept "Intersex" people. "How does this method work?" you might ask. This is the same question I thought before watching this video on CNN. Babies will now have the option to CHOOSE whether they are male or female relieving stress off of parents "claiming" what their child is or is not.

To me this idea is a little absurd. Either you are MALE or FEMALE. If you are a man attracted to another man you are homosexual and same goes for women! Having the right to change sex once one is old enough is arguably a great thing you can decide on your own. You are born, what you are born. If someone happens to have both male and female "No-no bits" than it is simply up to whether the person is able to produce children or grow children. Gender is a given but changeable thing. It should not be a decided thing once you are old enough no matter what you have.

Sadly I do not have a say in what Germany decides to do but I do have the freedom to express my feelings on blogspot

  2. "no-no bits" made me :). That's ridiculous though, I think people are being way to nice as we progress

  3. I'm pretty confused as to your stance here..."It should not be a decided thing once you are old enough no matter what you have" what does that really mean? And also...the thing about gender is that it's incredibly fluid, which is why I think it's awesome that Germany is accepting that. And there are genders besides male and female. I identify as gender fluid, for example, which is kind of a combination of the two. I'm not saying you're trying to tell me that that doesn't exist, you probably just never heard of terms like that before. But it's true, and one's gender can change and fluctuate throughout their life, as mine often does. And Zien...very few people are super "nice" regarding things like this, so it's kind of hurtful to have people pick at the nice things we do actually get.

  4. I think this is absurd. I also agree that you are born (that is, anatomically) male or female, and the law should reflect as much.

  5. this is just weird... like you come out one way but then you can decide "oh no lol im gonna be a girl now" so it's like a transgender? this is just too confusing for children, and their generation is gonna grow up so confused and conflicted on who they really are.

  6. or perhaps they'll grow up less afraid to embrace the fluidity of their gender
