On September 20, 2013, Ricky Lynn Brown
was arrested by the Arlington Police Department after he confessed to
killing his wife. At about 7:40 pm that evening, the police were
called out to a reported shooting at a motel. Arlington police
spokeswoman, Tiara Richard, says, “A man at the hotel admitted to
first responders that he had shot a woman, who we learned was the
man's wife.” The woman was 59-year-old Susan Brown. Going off of
the evidence found at the scene, Police arrested Ricky. He is
currently at the Arlington City Jail facing a murder charge, and bail
has not yet been set. Police do not know his intentions or motive for
his committed crime but are still waiting to find out.
It seems like more and more of these types of stories seem to be surfacing. To me, it just makes no sense for a man to kill his own wife. You have to wonder, what type of person has the audacity to even think about shooting another person, let alone his wife! I'm really curious to find out his motives and exactly why he thought that it would be okay to do this. Evidently he did not feel to gulity about it because he made the 911 call and turned himself in.

No one as any right to kill anyone period....point stated. I wonder why he killed his wife and what gave him the legit reason to do so... I think he could have taken some action other than killing. If she vexed him that bad he should have called the police on her.
