Summary  :A 15 year old boy named Bart Palosz from Connecticut shot and killed himself with the family shotgun because of bullying.
Bart Palosz committed suicide after attending the first day of his sophomore year at Greenwich High School .People say he was bullied because he was very tall and awkward . A 13 year old boy named Izzy was Bart's bestfriend and they were very close . Izzy was very sad when he found out Bart killed himself.

Analysis : I am very sad and upset that Bullying is still going on! The only way Bart would have relief is him taking his own life.People play to much and don't realize what affect they really have on people. Bart was such a nice young boy to everyone why did he have to be picked on? We should learn that bullying is really a crime and does kill lives.

  1. It's tragic that events like these still frequent the news. We have all these programs, anti-bullying campaigns, etc. but it's still so prevalent in teenage society. Of course, it can't ever disappear without a trace, but we need to crack down on this.

  2. Sad story to hear, as Carson said, we have all these anti-bullying campaigns and awareness, but really we have done little or no progress. There is still work to be done, obviously, but surely this might resolve soon one day

  4. I, myself, have been a victim of bullying back in Junior High and from then to now, I've become stronger physically and mentally. It's still sad to hear stuff like this still happening and ending a life like that isn't normal. Bullying will still be around for a lot longer, but hopefully, bullying ends soon.

  5. These stories have become more apparent lately. Instead of bullying decreasing it seems to be increasing. And we do need to crack down on this Bc it seems that no matter how much people say they will stop not many people do it.
