The Notre Dame Cathedral, a symbol of beauty and history in Paris, has been partially been burned by a fire on Monday evening. The fire spread from the spire to the rest of the building. Many people are shocked and disheartened by this event.
This is definitely an unfortunate tragedy and shows you how many things can happen to such a historic monument. Preserving this building was hard enough in the first place, but now its basically impossible.
