I think this is very endearing. I bet this helps the kids relax and make the kids have a more enjoyable experience at the hospital. This reminds me of how at Children's Cooks Hospital, they have their window cleaners wear a superhero outfit. These acts are very sweet and a good touch to add for the patients to have a better experience in such a stressful experience.
