Hurricane Willa made landfall on Tuesday night on the west central coast of Mexico and it came as a strong category three storm with the high winds of 120 mph. This brought life-threatening rain, the storm had briefly read category five on Monday. And EDT near Isla del Bosque, Sina had reached about 60 miles south south east of the popular beach resort city of Mazatlan end it had arrived around 9 PM.  The hurricane was forecast to produce an extremely dangerous storm along portions of the coast of south western Mexico. Near the coast the search will be accompanied by large indestructible waves. Researchers have said that Willa is expected to produce total rainfall accumulations of 6 to 12 inches. The rainfall will cause life-threatening flash flooding and landslides and will weaken rapidly as it moves inland.

This is a very serious situation, and I hope that everyone that lives there is safe, and is evacuating the area.  It is very scary that the hurricane Willa is such life-threatening, and has reached a very high category.

  1. I hope and pray everyone makes it out of there safely. It really sucks that Hurricanes are a repeating theme every year. Hopefully Mexico has enough supplies and staff to help with the damages.
