Kavanaugh has recently been accused of sexual assault, which he claims never happened. The woman says it was in high school, in he early 1980’s, and that he physically and sexually hurt her.

The dilemma here with this case is that Kavanaugh is in line for a supreme judge position, which was already controversial. Republicans are claiming th party called this 11th hour allegation to push back the votes. Of course they claim this isn’t true, and so far there has been no real evidence to support her claim of assault. However, both will be going to court to testify.

It was written to inform those following the story and any other sexual assault claims, to inform them of the recent update along the case. The problem is, the majority of people who read things like this say that the woman is falsely accusing for her own deeds.
