Rachel Bozalis - Trump assumes responsibility to help syria after deadly chemical attack

After learning about the chemical attack on innocent syrian citizens, including women and children/infants, Trump has decided to help the syrians. The attack was planned and executed by leader Bashar al-Assad on a rebel city. Two buildings were bombed and Assad claims he did not use poisonous gas, however the citizens of this city have most definitely been affected with many dead and even more injured. Assad blames the gas on the rebels, a very unrealistic claim to say the least. Despite this horrid treatment, russia remains an ally to Assad. Trump has warned Russia to rethink this. Trump has yet to release any plan for action, though it is clear he will not let this attack go unpunished and unrecognized. "These are very troubled times in the Middle East, and we see what happened just recently yesterday in Syria -- horrible. Horrible, horrible thing. Unspeakable," Trump said, later calling it a "terrible affront to humanity."

Trump's public stance against this treatment is a step in the right direction, as he is beginning to emulate the response of a good president. He is upholding America's precedent of a world peace keeper and world power, and I applaud him for this. In all honesty, supporting anything Trump does feels foreign, but I am happy that I have found something I can support him for, as it makes him much more tolerable. As for the chemical attack, I am absolutely horrified that a government would go to such lengths as to set poison gas on infants, let alone any people at all. My hope is that trump rethinks his immigration policy, especially regarding refugees, in hopes of helping the people stuck under the rule of such an awful man. America, since its beginnings, has always been a country of immigrants, from the arrival Mayflower up until now and I hope that the victims are extended the most loving and welcoming hands as they fight through these trying times.
