Monkeying Around - Cal Thompson, 1st period

Red blood cells from prehistoric monkeys have been found perfectly preserved in amber, thanks to the grooming practices of these animals. Accompanying parasites in the fossil provide further insight on prehistoric biological history.

Forget Jurassic Park and all that, it's time for Monkey World. Prehistoric monkey DNA perfectly preserved- this is the littest thing since single-cell organisms evolved into multicellular organisms. Amber is lit. Science is lit. And the parasite present is lit too. This is just really, really lit. Science keeps going even as society halts its progress in favor of running in political circles and backtracking previous steps forward. There are still undiscovered species. There's still most of space to learn about. What will be our next development on level with the impact of radio? Think about how radio changed lives- from a new medium of entertainment to a connected nation. Science is amazing. Penicillin. Less death and disease, more time to progress SCIENCE!!!
