Since he was young, a Chicago man said he dreamed of being a Chicago police officer. It was the only thing he pictured himself doing. On his 20th birthday, his dreams were supposedly shattered. He was wrongfully arrested on his 20th birthday. He was allegedly abused and slammed up against walls, and beaten. He was also denied his rights, and denied access to an attorney.

This is a terrible thing to read. One terrible experience crushed a man's hopes and dreams. Corruption has always been a problem throughout the world. People abuse their power and abuse innocent people just for the fun of it, and this needs to be stopped.
