Ashley Olsen is murdered in Italy: Samantha Arthur 1st period

The celebrity from the U.S. named Ashley Olsen was found strangled to death and her body was found in her apartment in Italy. Authorities from Italy won't comment on the death until an autopsy is done. Ashley's boyfriend is the one who found the body--he came to her apartment concerned because he hadn't been hearing from her. A consulate from Italy has informed the U.S. State Department that they confirm her death and they send their deepest condolences.

This death, a really tragic in fact, could possibly create possible conflict between America and Italy. Ashley Olsen is an American pastime celebrity (a role model for tons of girls even) and her murder, being in a foreign country, could rise conflict between the countries. Luckily, the death is probably not a terrorist imposition, but strife could definitely be foreshadowing. Her death made CNN news, which is significant in itself--partially because she is a celebrity and also because it was a murder in a foreign country. Throughout history, countries have gone against each other because of instances like this (citizens being killed in the opposing country).
