The World Trade Center Opens for Business Again - Katelyn Cook pd.3

The World Trade Center is reopening for business  thirteen years after 9/11. The 1,776 foot skyscraper  costed 3 million dollars to build, and it is placed in the same  spot as the former twin towers. The building  had a view of the 9/11 memorial and museum in hope of honoring those that died there several years ago. Businesses will begin to move into the building in 2015. For the past eight year of construction, there have been several political fights in attempt to stop the progress of the building. I think that they are respectively  constructing the World Trade Center, and the building will bring many people to the memorial sites.

  1. I can see why people wouldn't want the trade center rebuilt... but it'll be interesting to see the outcome of all those political fights once those businesses actually do move in.
