Sunday afternoon Baltimore County police department responded to a auto theft call. Police officials identified a 16 year old sophomore boy as a suspect. when they went to interview him they uncovered that he had plans to go to a local school with 2 explosive devices and a gun.
The teen showed officers a handgun and "devices believed to be explosive," prompting officers to call
in the county's hazardous devices team, police said. The devices, which were made of "readily available components," were rendered safe, and police also found tools and components that could be used to make more devices.
