One wounded in Delaware off-campus shooting- Josh Rudes Pd. 4

One person was wounded in an off-campus residence hall at Delaware State University in Dover on Monday. The shooter is still at large after fleeing shortly after the shot was fired. It was not an active shooter situation and the victim was taken to the hospital immediately. The campus was put on lockdown that night.

This is a little frightening given that there have been an onslaught of school shootings recently, and with the fact that the shooter hasn't been caught yet. It seems like authorities and school official responded appropriately and quickly, making sure everyone was safe.
