Father Kills Daughter's Rapist -Jazmin Garcia (2nd Period)

A 36-year old father is facing murder charges after he invited his daughter's rapist to dinner and tortured him to death. The way of torture was by burning the 45 year old's genitals with heated tongs. The incident occurred at Delhi's Khajuri Khas area.What had happened was that the father was away at work and the 14 year old daughter was home alone and was raped by the medicine supplier. Police say the father had been planning the murder since the day he found out that she was raped...and he found that out because his daughter came out to be pregnant. The mother said "She started complaining of morning sickness and dizziness. We took her to a doctor and we were told that she is pregnant. We were shocked...she stopped smiling. She stopped eating properly or going out with her friends."

This relates to APUSH because even if this isn't US history or related to the US, we still have values. Everyone has values, whether they're American or not. The father is in custody right now and that shows that they have some type of judicial set up. It may not be similar to ours, but it's good to know that they're doing something about this. He's a father and it's understandable he would do something to someone who rapes his little girl, but I feel like he should have done it another way instead of torturing him to death.Justice can be served in other forms and the father could have done something else.
