The Secret Lives of Cows (Sydney Connor, 5th)

Cows, apparently, are not as ponderously earthbound as they seem; a recent video released from Germany revealed their tendency to jump when exited, kind of like people.

This behavior has been observed on several occasions, like when cows are released to the outside pastures when winter turns to spring, or when changes take place in their environments.  Cows are especially likely to jump around at dusk, apparently.

There are even cow jumping contests.  In some places, such as Finland, these competitions are like an official thing, and the cows appear to enjoy them so long as the landing space is comfortable.

My opinion on this is that it is eye-opening and adorable.  Cows are perfect.  I sincerely hope that people pay more attention to them in the future.
