Monday, today, The Cathedral of Notre Dame erupted into fire and caught ablaze all across the building. The building was at the time under reconstruction, which is believed to have started the fire. The fire is a huge one, and very destructive, even knocking down the man spire of the cathedral. This Historic land mark will be such a hard thing to loose.
The Notre Dame is an old wooden cathedral, its name meaning "The lady of Paris" was completed in 1345, standing 674 years. this Cathedral has gone through Hugenot rioting, the French Revolution, and represents the heart of the French nation and the French peoples christianity. The Cathedral has risen from many destructions from rioting and vandalism during the revolution of France, but stood strong through its trials, but nw it falls down due to fire. Ironically, like the preset who lived in it in the Disney movie Hunchback of Notre dame wanted to burn all of Paris.
