I think we need to start studying the changes a person experiences while in space. This is because if we eventually outgrow the earth, or global warming destroys the planet, We need to know all of the changes that could be potentially life threatening.

DeleteI agree that the exploration of potential human life in space is very important, especially as resources on Earth run dry. However, I do not believe that the possibility of life in space should deter our responsibility to conserve the Earth on which we have already been able to survive for nearly six million years. Turn off that light, recycle the plastic, don't touch that straw, use reusable grocery bags when shopping! Why trash the Earth with seas of clutter and waste in hopes of another home instead of caring for the one we have today? If we keep wasting carelessly, the world will soon enough rot and surely take us with it.
