The us hover shuts down- ryian Johnson
Earlier this year the United States of America’s government shut down. That means people who work for the government such as airport security or border control aren’t getting paid. It is very sad because the people who work for the government can feed their families. The government supposedly shut down because the democrats refuse to fund the wall for the border. I don’t think that the workers should get punished because of what is happening.

Emma Burkey: I totally agree with you, the wrong people are feeling the burdens of this shut down. It seems that Trump has taken his wall issue too far and is making the American people, some who elected him, pay for it.

ReplyDeleteThe government shutdown has done nothing but harm the U.S., and I am personally disgusted by how little our government is doing to stop it.
ReplyDeleteThis shows how inept our government is.

I liked how you focussed on the workers' lives being effected by this, despite them not having a choice in the matter.

I agree, it is truly sad that some of the people who work the hardest in this country, don'g get nearly enough money or recognition.
ReplyDeletei agree with that fact that workers should not be the people that are punished and effected by this and don't get the rememebrance they need.
