These past few days have been a complete disaster for families along the southern coast due to the heavy rains and flooding Hurricane Michael has brought. The death toll has raised to 26

This tragic event shows us that we could lose everything we know and love in a matter of days. In moments like these is when people need to leave their differences aside to come together to rebuild their communities and help those in need. Nature is a force no one can control, no matter the power the politician has. However, as a community, we can "aid thy neighbor" by donating and showing support for the families grievieng their loved ones and the loss of their homes.

It’s horrible that all of these hurricanes have been hitting recently. The only things we can do are try to help the environment and help those who haven’t been affected by the hurricane.
