Shirtless Man Stares Down Hurricane -- Rose Tharp

A man drove from Florida to North Carolina to confront hurricane Florence, a powerful category 1 hurricane. 

Lane Pittman went against all warnings, and walked outside in the pouring rain with no short on, and an american flag, blasting heavy metal. He has done this three times for three separate events. 

This relates to history because it shows how powerful our nationalism is, and how far we are willing to go to show our pride for our country.
