Possible Hidden Cameras in Seoul, South Korea -- Rose Tharp

A series of spy cam videos of people in changing rooms and bathrooms has been a growing problem in Seoul, South Korea. There have been more than 6,000 cases reported, yet not a single camera found. With a recent uproar in almost 10 million women in protest,Seoul officials have pledged to check bathrooms every day, to prevent these videos being recorded.

This is important to know for history because it tells us how much women are being harassed. In history, it was not being able to be divorced, or only being allowed to do housework or have kids. Today, we can have an office job, we can be single all we want, but we still are not allowed our complete dignity. This makes me feel sick inside.

  1. I agree, we as women have came a long way and having our privacy stripped from us is just as bad the other historic events that have occurred. No one should have to worry about going into public restrooms and being recorded. I can not imagine people doing such vulgar things.
