It seems that a calamity has reoccurred in the Samsung business. Diane Chung, a customer of Samsung, had recently bought a Galaxy Note 9, when it suddenly started to heat up in her purse. The phone got so hot in her purse that it went up in flames. Samsung’s DJ Koh, the head of Samsung, had just claimed that the batteries for the galaxy note 9 were better than ever. This disaster led to Chung filing a law suit against the company for $1000. In the History of Samsung, their batteries have done something like this in the past to the galaxy note 7, it’s reoccurrance has everyone shocked.
