Elle Grinnell- Zimbabwe declares state of emergency in cholera outbreak

Zimbabwe's government has now issued a state of emergency because 20 people have died from cholera and there have been more than 2000 cases that were recorded. The outbreak of this disease has been caused by poor water sewage and waste disposal systems. Cholera is a diarrheal illness which has died thousands of people around the world every year. The government and people are trying to fix the poor water and disposal systems to hep the people of Zimbabwe.
I think this is like the Ebola outbreak because it is a huge disease that was very contagious and people couldn't really find a remedy for. I think even though we don't live in these countries people should still be aware. When we are able to we should help countries and people who are unable to help themselves.
