In Corpus Christi, Texas, Ryen Aleman, who survived a mass shooting during a video game tournament in Jacksonville, Florida, last month died Sunday in a car crash. Nathan Brandley, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety. Brandley said Aleman was traveling west on Highway 44 when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle overturned several times and crashed into nearby railroad tracks. Aleman was unfortunately not wearing a seat belt.

This article was published at 10:29 am on September 17th. The actual event of Ryen passing was Sunday, September 16th, but the article was not written til' this morning. There is no further information about him passing so the interval of time between the accident and it being published  has no effect. I did have prior knowledge of the Jacksonville shooting but I did not know Ryen was one of the people who survived or what happened to the survivors. This relates to all the times in history were a person could miss out on the actual event but die later on from a different cause. The audience is for grieving family members and other people staying inform with a positive influence. The author is Monica Lopez and she is paying condolences to the Ryen's family. Ryen was so grateful for surviving the shooting in Jacksonville and after it he went home. Only a few weeks later his life was taken in a car accident which is pretty crazy. Live life to the fullest!

  1. Wow, this shows that you can lose your life even while doing an everyday thing no matter how common it is. It is so crazy to know that he survived an uncommon situation but lost his life to a very common situation(driving).
